Back from a Week at Mimi & Papa's

We just returned from a week at Mimi and Papa's. We celebrated Christmas a few days late with them. Bear's favorite thing was his new farm set...
Bear loved checking out the view from the loft. One afternoon Daddy whipped us up the most delicious lunch EVER--Reubens and cheddar/beer soup. MMMMMMmmm.
And that same day we spent the afternoon outside in the snow.
We didn't bring a sled so we improvised with a laundry basket and some rope.
We were there for New Year's Eve. We had lots of yummy food, like fondue and homemade (by Daddy) eggrolls.
Auntie Jen and Uncle Joe were there.
And on Saturday we had a whole bunch of Daddy's extended family up for the day. Here is Bear with his cousin Luke, who is two months younger than Bear. And for whatever reason, Bear kept trying to bite the heck out of Luke. Not good!!!

This was the first really bubbly bath he'd ever had. He was scared of the bubbles at first, but then he decided they weren't scary and that he could eat them!
It was a fun week, but we are also glad to be home again.
